• No cookies, no tracking, no analytics. No account, no form, no newsletter.
• Fonts and images are served from this site. Nothing is loaded from Google or other third parties.
• Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) technically receives your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages and protect the site. We don't use this data to identify you.

In Nothi Toolkit

• The panel doesn't collect personal data and doesn't send anything about your projects.
• Your settings (favorites, curves, shortcut, icon size) are stored on your computer only.
• At launch, the panel checks this website for a newer version. This is a simple file download: it shows your IP address to the host, nothing else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data concerns you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to nothicontact@gmail.com. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données).

Terms of use

These terms apply to Nothi Toolkit and any other free tool published on Nothi Labs. By installing a tool, you accept them.

1. Free use

The tools are free. You can install them on as many of your own computers as you like and use them in personal and commercial video projects.

2. What you can't do

• Sell or rent the tools, or include them in a paid product or bundle.
• Share a modified version, or present the tools as your own work.
• Remove the terms or the Nothi name from the files.

3. Provided “as is”

The tools are provided as is, without any warranty. Save your projects regularly. To the extent allowed by law, Nothi Labs is not liable for damage or loss of data resulting from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

4. Changes

The tools and these terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.

5. Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

• Nothi Labs is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc.
• Fonts: Inter (© The Inter Project Authors) and Plus Jakarta Sans (© The Plus Jakarta Sans Project Authors), both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The license files are included with the tools.
• The install illustrations are simplified drawings, not screenshots of Windows, macOS or After Effects.
